The shared telephone is a personal and family contact point. SMS consent here is for personal conversation and requested follow-up, not commercial or promotional messaging.
Sender and purpose
Randall Stone sends low-volume personal messages from (530) 924-4030 in connection with RandallStone.net. Depending on why you contacted me, messages may include personal or family replies, requested follow-up, K6RCS amateur-radio coordination, Team Stone coordination, or updates directly connected to the conversation.
No commercial program
RandallStone.net and this telephone are not used to offer commercial services by SMS. Consent under these terms does not authorize messages from Randall Stone Financial, Rosas de María, ElectStone, another organization, or any third party. Those identities require their own communications authority where applicable.
Consent
Website SMS consent is optional. The checkbox starts unchecked, and you may send the email form without consenting to SMS. The general RandallStone.net disclosure uses the carrier-approved structure: “By checking this box I consent to receive SMS to my cell number provided above for personal and family replies, requested follow-up, household/family coordination, amateur-radio coordination through K6RCS, and Team Stone family/project coordination messages from Randall Stone. I understand that I can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by responding with STOP. I can reply with HELP to get help. Message frequency may vary. I understand that message and data rates may apply. See Randall Stone's Privacy Policy.” K6RCS and Team Stone forms use the same structure with the message types narrowed to that context. A direct text you initiate may also be answered conversationally, subject to applicable carrier rules and any opt-out request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Messaging providers and wireless carriers may process information only as needed to deliver and administer messaging, prevent abuse or satisfy legal requirements.
Safety and sensitive information
Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use SMS for emergencies, passwords, access codes, government identification, private family records, live locations, school schedules, financial account details, legal deadlines or other sensitive information.
