Rosas de María publishes the organization’s work without publishing children’s schedules, private family information or operational details that do not belong in public.
Information you send
Information sent by email or telephone is used to answer program, performance, sponsorship, governance and nonprofit inquiries. It is not silently added to a marketing list or a different Randall Stone property.
Children and families
Do not send sensitive information about a child through an ordinary website inquiry. Rehearsal schedules, school information, live locations, medical details and private family records are not published as general contact data. Image publication remains subject to permissions, cultural context and organizational policy.
Telephone and SMS boundary
(530) 924-4030 is a shared public voice entrance with controlled routing. Rosas de María does not currently enroll website visitors in recurring organizational SMS on that number. Email is the written channel. If the nonprofit later activates SMS, it will use a dedicated number, its own registered sender identity, its own terms, an unselected affirmative opt-in and a separate consent/suppression record.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Public events and private family schedules
Public event pages contain only separately approved audience information. Grade-level class schedules, dancer arrival or meeting times, backstage and staging locations, pickup arrangements, parent-meeting logistics, private partner events and family-only calendar feeds are restricted records and are not placed in public HTML, metadata, structured event data, downloadable PDFs or public calendar feeds.
Family forms and secure delivery
Blank family forms may be downloaded from the public site. The official CUSD BLAST Student & Contact Information form is required for BLAST students at Rosedale and must be printed, signed and returned according to Rosedale/BLAST instructions. Any completed Rosas de María supplemental family-information form must be returned physically in a sealed envelope. The separate media release may be completed with a typed electronic signature and emailed directly to RosasdeMaria@RandallStone.net, or returned on paper in a sealed envelope. Completed forms must never be submitted through a public website upload.
Media permission
Media permission uses a separate affirmative YES or NO election and refusal does not affect participation. Rosas de María does not identify a child by name without separate permission, and the authorization excludes facial recognition, biometric identification, artificial-intelligence model training, digital replicas and independent third-party commercial advertising. Permission may be withdrawn prospectively in writing.
Aggregate measurement
The site may count aggregate visits, referral sources and tagged campaign links without collecting form contents, live locations, child identities or private family records. No advertising pixel, retargeting tag, session replay or fingerprinting code is included.
