Rhys appears in the public family and campaign archive, including the July 22, 2016 Comanche Creek Greenway opening, where he cut the ribbon. Contemporaneous coverage records a $17,000-per-year, three-year maintenance and patrol commitment from Friends of Comanche Creek Greenway. Randall’s later interpretation of the Council’s subsequent homeless-encampment siting remains identified as his firsthand interpretation of motive, not as independently proven fact. The family campaign videos with the late family beagle, Buddy, are also preserved in the archive.
