This is what the work looks like.

The archive shows the troupe as it is: rehearsals, costumes, families, public performances, and the unguarded moments around them. Captions say what we actually know. If a date or venue is missing, we leave it missing instead of decorating the record.

The archive is also an arts-education record: youth dancers, costume, choreography, cultural history, and stage performance documented closely enough that the next generation can see both the art and the work behind it.

Photography

Video and music

Video publication must consider performer permission, music rights, venue rules, platform terms, and whether a full performance or shorter excerpt is appropriate.

Press kit

The public kit can include the approved organization description, officer contact, selected photographs, exact captions, leadership, event background, and performance information. Organization marks are supplied directly when a legitimate press or partner use requires them.

Archive

Keep the original files, photographer, date, event, region, participants, permissions, caption, crop, and publication history attached to each image.
