A Charitable Impact Fund agreement with North Valley Community Foundation became effective January 31, 2025. Randall Stone and Maria Trenda were identified as fund advisors. The fund’s purpose was to support educational services and performance opportunities in the performing arts, specifically for children through Ballet Folklórico, and to support development of the organization as a nonprofit.
The 2025 agreement required advance Foundation notice and approval for fundraising events, contracts, product sales, raffles, and public solicitations using the fund. It also required appropriate charitable-disclosure language, event accounting, volunteer documentation, and handling of receipts through the approved system.
The public site will publish a donation link only after the Board confirms the current receiving organization, tax treatment, acknowledgment process, required NVCF or corporate language, and responsible account. Until then, supporters may contact Rosas de María to discuss approved sponsorship, in-kind support, venue partnerships, costume support, and volunteer help.
