A direct, accountable giving path
Zeffy is the current public sponsorship channel for full dance scholarships. Rosas de María is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Board oversight, accurate accounting, donor acknowledgments, and clear public language remain part of every campaign.
Independent nonprofit. Community partnerships by choice.
Rosas de María is its own recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its Board governs the organization, its programs, its fundraising, its contracts, and the stewardship of its resources directly under the organization’s own policies and applicable law.
North Valley Community Foundation remains a valued community partner and an available fundraising mechanism when that relationship is useful to a particular campaign or donor. It is not Rosas de María’s fiscal sponsor, governing body, or approval authority.
The practical standard remains simple: generosity should become instruction, access, performance, and a living tradition for the next generation.
Independent nonprofit · accountable partnership
Rosas de María is a fully independent recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its Board governs the organization, programs, contracts, fundraising and resources. North Valley Community Foundation may be used as a fundraising mechanism and community partner for selected efforts; it is not the fiscal sponsor, governing body, ordinary-funds controller, approval authority, or source of Rosas de María’s nonprofit status.
